1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 668duit ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 668duit online gaming and sports betting platform available at 668duit.cam and any associated mobile or application interfaces.

668duit is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery products, and related services, operated for the benefit of registered players in permitted jurisdictions. The platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market and operates with Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not register an account. If you have already registered and no longer agree to these Terms, you must close your account by contacting our support team.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 668duit, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or above. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited regardless of jurisdiction. 668duit enforces this requirement absolutely.
• You must be legally permitted to access and participate in online gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 668duit, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 668duit management.
• You must not already hold an existing registered account on 668duit. Each individual is limited to one account. Duplicate registrations constitute a violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your eligibility is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion arrangements previously requested through 668duit's responsible gambling tools.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password, and any other information requested during the registration flow. Upon submission, you may be required to verify your email address or mobile number before account activation is completed.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any details change. 668duit accepts no liability for consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 668duit support immediately via live chat. All activity conducted through your account prior to such notification remains your responsibility.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

668duit reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account activity, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or international passport, accompanied by proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months) and, where required, a selfie photograph holding the identification document.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or closure of the account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

668duit supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty) unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes to process.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will trigger an investigation.
• 668duit does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 668duit's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• 668duit processes verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking procedures.
• 668duit reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily delay payment to the Player.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are communicated within your account settings. Withdrawals below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on 668duit are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed transaction receipt. 668duit is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

668duit offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements for 668duit bonuses range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Players should review the individual promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are intended for individual, personal use only. Systematic exploitation or abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will be automatically removed from an account upon expiry.
• 668duit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Players may not claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account.

6.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

668duit operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership levels. Points are accumulated through wagering activity and entitle Players to tiered benefits including cashback, birthday bonuses, dedicated account managers (Gold tier), and priority withdrawal processing. Loyalty points and tier status are subject to the programme terms communicated separately within the VIP section of the platform.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on 668duit are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports event, as communicated within the game interface or sportsbook section. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

668duit reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a system-generated confirmation. Bets accepted in error — whether due to technical fault, incorrect odds published, or system malfunction — may be voided by 668duit, and any resulting winnings may be withheld.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game types and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by game type, market, Player tier, and time period. 668duit reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results declared by the relevant sporting authority. 668duit accepts sports bets on events including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other international tournaments. In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Settlement of bets is based on the final official result and is subject to 668duit's sportsbook rules.

7.5 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game session or bet placement, 668duit will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where game records are recoverable, play will be resumed or settled from the point of interruption. Where records are not recoverable, bets may be voided and stakes returned. 668duit's decision in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 668duit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and may result in legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, maintaining, or operating more than one 668duit account, whether directly or through a proxy, nominee, or associated party.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic or coordinated patterns designed to extract value without genuine wagering intent, including matched betting designed solely to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in card games, sports betting markets, or any other competitive game format available on the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine manual participation.
• Money Laundering: Using 668duit as a mechanism to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds or constitute financial crime under applicable law.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the 668duit platform, its servers, databases, or any connected systems through technical means including but not limited to SQL injection, denial-of-service attacks, or reverse engineering.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under 21 to access the platform.

9 Responsible Gambling

668duit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or financial relief.

9.1 Self-Limit Tools

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Limit the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period before betting is automatically suspended.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and optional logout after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 Age Restriction

668duit strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. If you are aware that a minor may be accessing a registered account, please notify us immediately via live chat. We will suspend the account pending investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 668duit platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 668duit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 668duit.

Game content made available through the 668duit platform is licensed from third-party game studios and is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. All rights are reserved.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 668duit and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the 668duit platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from technical faults, platform downtime, or service interruption;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to the Player's failure to secure their login credentials;
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing failures or delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 668duit's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by 668duit

668duit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or Prohibited Conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering), 668duit may withhold all or part of the balance, bonuses, and winnings in the affected account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining eligible balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 668duit support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending KYC requirements must be satisfied and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts subject to self-exclusion cannot be closed or reopened during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

668duit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 668duit will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the 668duit platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 668duit is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between 668duit and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via 668duit's support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under applicable rules, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

Players in Malaysia agree that by registering an account, they submit to the dispute resolution process outlined in this section and waive the right to bring a class action against 668duit in any jurisdiction.
